Dear Patient,
In 2005 we set up a Patient Focus Group, the main aim of which was to allow patient representatives to input and share positive ideas, suggestions or their experiences of the Practice, and to work with the Practice on areas of mutual interest in order to continually improve the services offered.
The Patient Focus Group consists of 14 members, 4 male and 10 female. The group has a variety of ages, and represents those with disability, the employed, unemployed and retired. However, as numbers attending the Patient Focus Group meetings are low, we would like to increase the numbers of patients involved and gain a wider perspective of the services we provide.
If you are interested in joining the group please telephone and speak to Mrs Tracy Haslam for futher details.
